5. Payment & Refund Policy
If applicable, fees for consulting services may be paid in full before services are rendered or, in certain cases, billed upon completion based on a prior agreement. Payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers. By making a payment, you acknowledge that our consulting services may begin immediately upon confirmation or be invoiced upon completion, depending on the agreed terms.

Refund Policy:
All payments are final and non-refundable once services have been initiated or completed.
If a post-service payment agreement is in place, payment must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe as stated in the invoice.
If you believe there has been an error in billing or an issue with the service provided, you may contact us at Support@CapitalEdgePartners.com within 14 days of payment for review.
Any refunds or adjustments will be issued at our sole discretion in compliance with our payment provider’s dispute resolution process and applicable laws.
Failure to complete a post-service payment within the agreed timeframe may result in late fees, collection actions, or suspension of future services.
