Cancellation Policy and Process
Fundit&Scale is committed to delivering the highest quality consulting services to our clients. We offer a 60-calendar-day, money-back guarantee on our core consulting program. If you decide that you no longer wish to continue working with Fundit&Scale or if you are unable to qualify for the desired credit within 60 calendar days from your signup date, you are eligible for a full refund, less a four percent (3%) processing fee. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact us 855-593-3863, email your designated representative at Fundit&Scale, or send an email to Service@FunditandScale.com to formally request your refund.
Upon receipt of your request, our management team will reach out to you within one to two business days to discuss your request and guide you through the process. Before finalizing the cancellation, you will be required to complete and sign a brief cancellation document, which will be sent to you. Once this form is submitted, your refund will be processed.
Please note that if you have received services, such as obtaining credit or utilizing any of our complimentary services, these services will be considered as rendered, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If you have not received any services as stated, you may request a refund and may choose to re-enroll at a later date.
In the event that you receive credit during your first 60 days or thereafter, you will remain in the program, as there is no minimum amount guaranteed during the 60-day refund period, and no refund will be issued. Credit amounts may vary from client to client due to differences in credit profiles. Please be aware that clients cannot utilize the service for a trial period and then cancel simply because the amount of credit received is less than anticipated. Fundit&Scale consults with each client thoroughly before proceeding with applications to achieve the best possible results. We encourage you to follow your representative’s advice regarding the timing and strategy for submitting applications.
